Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all orders for bikes, apparel, parts & accessories for any order over $25 in Canada.

*Please allow for 10-14 days of transit time as all orders are shipped international ground shipping from the US.

*If an order is placed on Friday, please allow an extra 3-4 days for processing.

After the order is placed, No additional duties are charged during shipping.

Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges on bicycles purchased from GTBicycles.com for (30) thirty days from the date of purchase in accordance with our return policy below. 

Details

  • All returns are subject to a minimum return fee of $150 CAD.
  • The bike must be in its original packaging to receive a full refund minus the $150 CAD return fee.
  • If product is unused but protective packaging has been removed or has major damage, we will refund 75% of the order. Minimum return fee of $150 CAD. 
  • We do not accept returns on apparel, parts, or accessories. 
  • We do not accept returns on used bikes. 
  • Please allow for 7-10 days to process the return and issue the refund.

*Protective packaging includes: foam, cardboard, zip ties, plastic axle covers, warning decals and reflectors.

    This bike will come partially assembled. Tools needed for assembly are not included. Please refer to these instructions and build video on how to assemble the bike.

        Triple Triangle Design

        Avalanche's seatstays have been decoupled from the seat tube to give a ‘floating’ connection between seatpost and rear axle, making it 50% more vertically complaint than a traditional double diamond frame for additional comfort.

        Internal Cable Routing

        Routing the cables internally through the frame gives Avalanche a clean and sophisticated look while decreasing snag points. It also allows for a dropper post to be easily installed for a better descending experience.
